Matt Peace has lived in South Florida for the past 43 years. He grew up in the Delray-Boynton Beach area. He graduated from Atlantic High School and Florida State University with a degree in Economics. He has been with API for the last 30 years and specializes in Agriculture, Healthcare-Assisted Living, Home Healthcare, Country Clubs, Construction, Lawn and Landscape Maintenance. He is an avid supporter of First Care, First Priority, The Gathering. In his free time he enjoys traveling, golf, and biking.

Jeff Hooker is a native of South Florida. He attended Belle Glade High School and furthered his education at Palm Beach Community College then graduated from Florida State University where he studied Risk Management in Insurance. In 1976 he started his insurance career with Florida Farm Bureau in Belle Glade, FL. Then in 1981 he formed Atlantic Pacific Insurance with partners Doug Peace & Greg Behl. In 1982 he opened up the Belle Glade branch which specializes in Agri-Business, along with all other lines of insurance. He has been a member of the Belle Glade Lions Club, Belle Glade Rotary Club, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, and Florida Farm Bureau. He enjoys fishing ,traveling, and spending time with his family.
Greg Behl

Greg Behl was one of the founding partners of Atlantic Pacific Insurance in 1981. Prior to that he was a State Farm Agent. With many years in the industry, Greg has been able to establish many relationships with clients within commercial and personal lines. He is also involved in First Care. In his free time, Greg enjoys surfing and spending time with his family.

Tom Tardonia is a native of South Florida and attended Atlantic High School and Palm Beach Community College. He joined Atlantic Pacific Insurance in 1994 and became a Partner with API in 1997. Tom is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, Jupiter Light Lodge #340, and Christ Fellowship Church. When Tom is not working he enjoys supporting charities like The ARC of Palm Beach County, archery hunting, snook fishing, sporting clays, golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Paul Finley is a Florida native. He was born in West Palm Beach and grew up in Lake Worth, Florida where he attended John I Leonard High School. From there he went on to attend both Palm Beach Junior College and Florida State University where he studied Marketing and graduated in 1987. Since graduating, Paul has been a part of the insurance industry and has been with Atlantic Pacific Insurance since 2006. He specializes in Construction, Auto Sales and Service, and Hospitality industries. Paul is active in the community serving as a member of both the Wellington and Lantana Chambers of Commerce and at his church. He is a rabid Miami Dolphins fan and also enjoys spending time with his family. In his free time, Paul loves to play golf.

Jim was raised Palm Beach Gardens resident, but currently resides in Tequesta, Florida. After graduating from Jupiter High School, he went on to attend the University of Central Florida where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Men's Fraternity. After graduation, Jim returned to the Palm Beach Garden and Tequesta area. He is very involved in the community- he attends 1st Baptist Church of Tequesta and is a member of The Jupiter Light Lodge #340, and is a member of The Gathering of Men in North Palm Beach. Jim also believes in volunteering and works with Friends of Jupiter Beach, where they are dedicated to keeping Jupiter beach clean and dog friendly! When he isn't working diligently on insurance, or volunteering, he enjoys reading and is a member of hte ESG book study group and spending time with his three boys. He later attended Central Piedmont Community College and University of North Carolina in Charlotte. After working for two smaller agencies, Casey made the switch to Atlantic Pacific so his clients could get the service they deserved. Casey specializes in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors in addition to Personal Lines and Boats. Jonathan McDonald is a native of South Florida and graduated from Wellington High School. He then went on to attend Florida State University where he majored in Business Management and Communications from the FSU Business College. Jonathan has over a decade of experience in the Hospitality and Sales Industry, and has managed venues such as The FSU Donald L. Tucker Civic Center and PGA National Resort and Spa. Jonathan has since become a Producer at Atlantic Pacific, where he uses his keen-eye for detail and customer satisfaction to best fit the needs of his personal and commercial clients. David was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has been involved in the banking, finance, employee benefits, and insurance industries for over 10 years. He graduated from FAU with a bachelor’s in business management, with a concentration in Leadership and applied managerial skills.
